Community conduct

Attack the case. Never the person.

The Jury is for structured hockey disagreement with evidence, clear choices, and enforceable safety rules.

01

Good-faith participation

Vote on the proposition shown, identify the strongest evidence, acknowledge uncertainty, and use not enough evidence when that is the honest answer. Arguments must have a thesis and may cite only material you are permitted to share.

02

Prohibited conduct

Harassment, hate, threats, sexualized abuse, doxxing, private-life speculation, health rumours, identity attacks, impersonation, spam, brigading, coordinated manipulation, and evasion are prohibited.

  • No pile-ons around minors or prospects
  • No diagnosis or treatment speculation
  • No individual vote deanonymization
  • No public posting of private moderation evidence
03

Enforcement and appeals

Actions can include labels, visibility reduction, removal, posting restrictions, suspension, and legal or safety escalation. Eligible actions include a reason, scope, expiry where relevant, user explanation, and appeal path. Appeals are reviewed by a qualified person who did not make the original decision where practicable.
